How FarmerText works
Three things: collect people who want to hear from you, send them a message, and handle what comes back.
1. Build a list
Create a list, give it a keyword, and share it. People text the keyword to your number and they're subscribed — with a welcome message sent back automatically. You can also import a CSV or embed a sign-up form on your site.
2. Send a campaign
Write your message, pick one or more lists, and see exactly how many people it reaches and how many messages it will use. Send immediately, schedule it, or set it to repeat. Sending is paced automatically to stay inside carrier limits.
3. Handle replies
Replies arrive in a shared inbox. Answer from the dashboard, or let FarmerText email your team — reply to that email and it goes back as a text.
Compliance, handled
- STOP, START, and HELP are processed automatically.
- Opt-outs are suppressed permanently, across every list.
- Each workspace sends from its own registered number.
