Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

TxtFyre is a text-message marketing platform operated by WesNelson LLC ("TxtFyre", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our websites (txtfyre.com, app.txtfyre.com) and the TxtFyre service. FarmerText (farmertext.com) is a brand of TxtFyre operated by WesNelson LLC; this policy covers it equally.

Two kinds of data

Account data is information about you and your business — we decide how it's handled, as described here. Subscriber data is the contact lists and message history inside your workspace — your business owns it, and we process it only to provide the service, on your instructions. We never use your subscriber lists for our own marketing, and we never message your subscribers on our own behalf.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), business details you provide (including information submitted for carrier registration, such as a legal business name and EIN), plan and billing status, and support correspondence. Payments are handled by Stripe — full card numbers never touch our systems.

Subscriber data (processed for you): phone numbers, names, emails, custom fields you define (for example a birthday), list memberships, opt-in and opt-out records, message content including photos, delivery outcomes, and link-click activity on tracked links.

Technical data: log and device information (IP address, browser type), and cookies strictly required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To operate the service: delivering your messages, showing your reporting, enforcing sending limits and carrier compliance, billing your plan, securing accounts (including abuse and fraud prevention), providing support, and meeting legal obligations. If you use an optional AI drafting feature, the text you provide is processed to generate the suggestion and is not used to train models.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the service (such as our messaging carrier), or as required by law.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run TxtFyre, each bound to use it solely on our behalf:

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and security) · Twilio (message delivery) · Stripe (payments) · Mailgun (transactional email, such as billing notices).

Beyond that: at your direction (for example, an integration or webhook your workspace configures), as required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Account and subscriber data are kept while your workspace is active. Within an active workspace, opt-out records are kept even if the contact is otherwise removed, so a person who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed for as long as that business keeps messaging. When a workspace is permanently deleted, its messaging numbers are released and all of its data — including opt-out records — is removed from our production systems. We keep billing records as required for tax and accounting.

Security

Each workspace's subscriber records live in their own isolated database; message photos are stored separately at unguessable, unlisted addresses. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and platform administration is gated behind single sign-on. No system is perfectly secure, but isolation-by-default is the core of our design.

Your rights and choices

Subscribers: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored automatically and remain in effect unless you opt back in (for example, by texting START or a list's join keyword). For requests about data a business holds about you, contact that business — we act on their instructions; we'll help them respond.

Account holders: you can access and update account details in the dashboard, export your subscriber data at any time, and request deletion of your workspace via txtfyre.com/contact. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, contact us via txtfyre.com/contact — we respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

TxtFyre is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes and contact

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify account owners. Questions: txtfyre.com/contact.
